What is Connect369?

Connect369 lets you rent temporary virtual phone numbers to receive SMS/OTP verification codes for WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Facebook, and 1000+ other apps and services, without using your real phone number.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Connect369 works entirely through your browser dashboard. There's also a REST API and Android app for developers and power users, but neither is required to get started.

Is KYC or ID verification required?

No KYC is required for standard usage. Some high-value wallet features may reference a KYC status field, but everyday number purchases don't require it.

How fast do I receive the SMS/OTP?

Most codes arrive within seconds to a couple of minutes of the third-party app sending them, depending on the upstream carrier and the destination service.

What happens if I don't receive a code?

If no SMS arrives within the order's delivery window, it's automatically cancelled and the full amount is refunded to your wallet — no request needed.

Can I reuse a number I've used before?

Some apps support reusing a previously-used number for a follow-up verification, shown as an option during purchase when available.

Which countries and apps are supported?

Connect369 covers 190+ countries and 1000+ apps and services, searchable live from the Buy Number page — availability varies by country and app based on real-time upstream stock.

How do I add funds?

Top up your wallet via UPI — BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay, or a direct bank transfer to a listed account. Most payments are confirmed automatically within seconds.

What currency is my wallet in?

Your wallet balance is held in USD. UPI top-ups are collected in INR and converted at the exchange rate shown before you confirm payment.

Are card payments (Visa/Mastercard) supported?

Not yet — Connect369 currently supports UPI-based payments only. Card payments via Razorpay/Stripe are planned.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued as wallet credit for undelivered orders automatically, or manually for confirmed payment errors — see our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I log in — do I need a password?

No password. Enter your email and we send a 6-digit one-time code for both signup and login — nothing to remember or leak.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, at any time — from Settings if you can log in, or by emailing support if you can't. See our Request Account & Data Deletion page for the full process.

How do I get support?

How does the affiliate program differ from regular referrals?

Regular referrals earn a one-time signup bonus. Affiliates additionally earn recurring commission (2-15%, tiered by volume) on every future top-up their referrals make, for the lifetime of that referred account.

How do I get paid as an affiliate?

Choose instant wallet credit with no minimum, or a direct UPI transfer once your available commission reaches $50.

Is there an API?
