Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Connect369 ("Connect369", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, dashboard, and API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Connect369.

Connect369 lets you rent temporary virtual phone numbers to receive SMS/OTP verification codes from third-party apps and websites (e.g. WhatsApp, Google, Telegram). Numbers are sourced from third-party upstream telecom/SMS providers; Connect369 acts as an intermediary and does not own the underlying telecom infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that any specific app or service will accept a given virtual number, or that a code will be delivered within any specific time. Availability, pricing, and delivery speed depend on our upstream providers and on the third-party service you are verifying with, both of which are outside our control.

You agree not to use Connect369 to:

• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform you verify with;
• Commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, or any other unlawful act;
• Create accounts on other platforms for the purpose of spamming, scamming, or evading a ban, suspension, or verification requirement imposed by that platform;
• Send unsolicited bulk messages of any kind;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service;
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent; or
• Use automated means to access the Service outside of the documented API.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any number rented through Connect369 complies with the terms and policies of the third-party service you use it with. We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@connect369.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period, that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, or that violate these Terms.

Connect369 uses an internal, USD-denominated wallet. You top up your wallet balance using a supported payment method (currently UPI within India; additional methods may be added over time), and wallet balance is spent to purchase virtual numbers at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Wallet balance has no cash value outside the Service, is non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged back into a payment instrument except at our discretion (for example, to correct a billing error).

Manual UPI top-ups are reconciled automatically where possible; if a payment cannot be automatically matched, our support team may request proof of payment (such as a UTR number or payment screenshot) before crediting your wallet.

Prices for numbers vary by country and app and may change at any time without prior notice; the price shown to you immediately before purchase is the price you pay.

If a rented number does not receive an SMS/OTP within the applicable waiting window, your order is automatically cancelled and the amount is refunded to your Connect369 wallet — you do not need to file a request. You may also cancel an active order manually before it expires for the same automatic refund.

Once a code has been successfully delivered to a rented number, that order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the third-party platform subsequently accepted, rejected, or banned the account you used the number for — Connect369 has no control over and makes no representation about the outcome of your verification with that third party.

Wallet top-up payments themselves (the money you pay in) are refundable only in cases of a genuine duplicate or erroneous payment, at our reasonable discretion, and only back to your Connect369 wallet unless we determine a cash refund to your original payment method is appropriate.

We may offer an optional referral program under which you and a friend you invite each receive a wallet credit when they sign up using your referral link. Referral bonus amounts, eligibility, and whether the program is active at all are set at our discretion and may be changed, paused, or ended at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the referral program (for example, self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts) may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

If you use our API, you agree to keep your API key confidential, to stay within any documented rate limits, and to use the API only for legitimate integration with your own application. We may revoke API access that we reasonably believe is being abused, and may change API rate limits or documented behavior with notice on our developer documentation page.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processors, including our upstream SMS number provider(s), our database and authentication provider, our email delivery provider, and payment-related services (such as UPI apps and banks) you use to top up your wallet. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data-handling practices of these third parties beyond our control, though we select and configure them to the standard we'd want as a customer ourselves.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular number, app, or country will be available at any given time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect369 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Connect369 in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Refunds, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where practical, notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where applicable law requires otherwise for consumers in your jurisdiction.
