Billing Policy

Connect369 uses a prepaid wallet model. You add funds to your wallet via UPI (BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay, or a direct bank transfer to a listed account), and the equivalent USD balance is credited once your payment is confirmed. Every number purchase and any paid feature is deducted from this wallet balance — there is no separate checkout or card charge per order.

Wallet balances are denominated in USD. UPI top-ups are collected in INR and converted at the exchange rate shown at the time of your top-up, visible before you confirm payment.

Most UPI top-ups are confirmed automatically within seconds by matching your bank/UPI app's payment notification. If automatic matching fails (e.g. a notification is delayed or the payer name doesn't match), your payment moves to manual review and is typically confirmed by our team within a few hours after you submit proof of payment.

A PDF invoice is generated automatically for every successful wallet top-up and is available for download from your Transactions page. Invoices show the base amount, any coupon or payment-method discount applied, and the final amount charged.

Per-country, per-app pricing may change at any time to reflect upstream provider cost changes. The price shown to you at the moment you initiate a purchase is the price you are charged — a later price change never affects an order you've already placed.

Coupon codes are single-use per account unless otherwise stated, apply only to wallet top-ups (not to individual number purchases), and may have a minimum top-up amount or maximum discount cap shown at redemption. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and have no cash value outside the platform.

Prices shown do not include any taxes, levies, or bank/UPI processing charges that may apply based on your location or payment method. You are responsible for any such charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
